u can gain more fat cells only if u get obese, in which ur fat cells ctually divide (but i mean rly obese)

but even if u dont get obese, ur remaining fat cells can still get bigger

oh, and eating dietary fat has nothing to do with body fat

isn't this just lipoma surgery? a lipoma is a fatty tumor, you dont have to be obese to develop one.

Isn't removing fat cells unhealthy? I hear we all have the same amount of fat cells, just bigger or smaller depending on how much fat we absorb.
