  • GINGER ALE? WHY. Ruined the drink.

  • @xmenbteam if you did, it's not proper pimm's! see this OFFICIAL video youtube[dot]com/watch?v=UfYMdrPGXSk. lemonade, not ginger ale!

  • @deanorodz pimm's does have ginger ale in it doesn't it...? I'm sure I had it with ginger ale in a cocktail bar once....

  • Pimm's is not good in the damp weather. I don't think any of us have ever drunk it because it was raining - the whole point is that it's a summer drink that refreshes you in the heat.

and in any case, what this guy's done is mess up a simple recipe. you shouldn't shake it, you definitely shouldn't add cointreau, and you sure as hell shouldn't add ginger ale! no wonder the girl didn't look impressed - come to England in the summer and get a proper one!

  • @panzermort damn copy and paste lol

  • @delamrio all correct

  • You don't drink it in the damp, it's not a cocktail, and it's not called Pimm's Cup.

  • She didn't seem impressed by that, probably the sickening conteau.

Also I've never met a Brit that drinks this in damp weather. Proper summer drink.

  • Americans put icecubes in red Bourgogne and pour Cointreau in Pimm's. I rest my case. Recommend to follow BtoCtrill's advice, adding fresh mint and some orange slices as an option. Please don't add sugary liquids, like the above madman.

  • This is my absolute favorite drink.

I tend to like it a lot simpler though. Just Gingerale, pimms and cucumber
