@GigiG684 you have to preferably have someone help you while you practise, to catch you just in case.
Go down in steps at first and very important: focus on your breasts that way your head doesn`t hit the floor.

So cool! When Rachel(i think its rachel or her twin) drops at 00:31 I was just wondering how she does this without physically breaking her back? I can do back bends but cannot imagine how to drop safetly. Does anybody know?
