Cooking 3 slabs of babyback ribs on a Weber Kettle with a Smokenator to make it all happen!

EDIT: I should not have used wood chips. They burn way too fast and the increased surface are created too much smoke. At the 3 hour mark, 15 coals on each side should be added if you intend to cook for more than 6 hours. If you feel you added more coals than needed, when you snuff the fire, they will cool and can be used at a different time. For the Thanksgiving turkey I will just put wood chunks above the two holes. This will give the blue whisps of smoke and they will last longer.
