Seems like they had no sprikler head in the rooms. That fire is in the free burning stage, and out the window, means it was going for at least 10 minutes. Fire Safety Director anyone?

Brings back memories for my husband and father-in-law were in the service.
My father-in-law was a London Fireman for 30 years and was involved in some major incidents.
