I totally agree, except to say that my experience is abusers know better, they JUST DO NOT CARE. They should increase the fine to $5000 first offence + take away their Drivers License for 1 year. Let them take a bus and be inconvenienced a little too! (youtube: unfrackinbelievable)

Finally someone is cracking down on blue badge abuse!! People abusing these spaces are taking the freedom away from people who genuinely need them.
