Instead of asking this retard what is legal why doesn't someone look at the constitution. Obviously it is not if the Supreme Court rejected Bush/Cheney doctrine. They even stacked the court with conservative judges. In my line of work, I have to put my ass on the line for what these idiots think.

First, I'm not a 'Sir', I'm a 'Ma'am'. The ONLY reason I inject Clinton into this conversation is to give historical context to what occurred.
You are correct in saying that I am not ashamed of my thankfulness for President Bush's administration keeping us safe these past 7 yrs. I pray soon-to-be President Obama will do as well. This is my last post on this topic. It's incredibly difficult to have a conversation w/ those who's only recourse in dialogue is illogical rants.
