  • Should you do this every day or every other day?

  • This should be done every other day. You don't want to over do it, that can actually harm your body.

  • Could I possibly skip the shuffle and break down part if I were to extended the other exercises a little longer? Only because my floor is too hard for the former. If not, what could i replace the shuffle and break down with?
