Paypal sucks, 78446 complaints filed this month:

Should you be worried Paypal is fast becoming your ONLY option to transfer money, to buy on E Bay, or donate to a good cause.Do you know what you agree too when accepting their terms of service.Do they REALLY offer buyer protection or are they just like AIG, Citibank or any of the other BIG corporations slowly taking over the world by buying put the competitors and making the rules.Have you ever tried to rectify a problem by only being able to fill out form by form by form online? Do they have to follow any rules?
You should be worried about PayPal's takeover of the world.
I can no longer donate to SPFINGERBOARDS but maybe you can?

Obviously PayPal is trying to get people to STOP using their credit cards to fund their PayPal account. However, if you do, you have zero protection. If you do use your credit card, you will have protection, but only once, as using that protection puts you in violation of PayPal's ToS, so you can't use PayPal again.

well i have no problem with paypal and ebay they have both been great with me ive had 2 problems one was i once baught a guitar that was fake and paypal got me my money back. and because the guitar was fake i didnt have to send the guitar back i got my refund and kept the guitar. another problem was some one sold me a guitar that was faulty and i got a refund

papal user agreement clearly states you need to file within 45 days so its your fault . just open up a new bank account and use it only for paypal. dont keep any funds in it. also always pay with a credit card so you always have a option to do a chargeback.

Original claim was filed within 45 day limit.Paypal chose to ignore the result leading to the credit card charge back.

Paypal will not allow a new account on an IP address that has an outstanding claim.Alberta law clearly states ANY internet company that does financial transactions MUST close an account when asked to do so and MUST remove all personal information within 7 days of the request.Paypal states 180 days open to "investigate" which is clearly against Alberta law.

Paypal has a bunch of little snot-nosed wet behind the ears people working for them, and they fancy themselves to be ganksters.

You have to wonder how many hacked accounts phishing emails and chargebacks are inside jobs.

ebay- Paypal is aware of that too, and they have mentioned the possibility of that in financial statements. But hey, why should they care? They make money on every scam!

Exactly right on.When I deal with a Bank or other financial institution it is Mr John Doe or Mrs Jane Doe.With Paypal it is Deborah or Johnathan no last name hiding behind a computer screen feeling really smug that we managed one more rip off.

Paypal is a corporation that has become to large and greedy to personnally deal with issues.I was a top rated seller for 4 years until one day i listed a item with ''no refunds unless item is broken'' so the guy faked it was broken so he could refund it and now i have to wait 3 months to recieve each payment!Its a crime!There stealing our money! There just as bad as the greedy basterds on wall street!

Paypal is a scam. I've been ripped off by Papal several times.Once i bought a book for $79. on Eba plus $35.shipping,but when i received the book,it was totally different book,then i filed a dispute through Paypal,but Papal made send the book back to the seller and paid another $45.shipping to Malaysia.However, the fucking seller refused that he got the book,so paypal closed the case the seller got the book and the money and i got screwed. Fuck Paypal.

i had 20 charge backs lost them all, i had tracking number everthing they asked for lost,,i done a refund for 2000 pounds ,then pay pay took 2000 pound ? they said he never got the goods.. i know i done a refund because he used a stolen card before,you system did noy pick up the post code,,? why not we did, we phoned pay pay.they said its ok to send, joker,, we done refunfd, the asked if we could prove you done a refund ? yes we done it on you system fool..
