@yamatotesuye try the technique on someone, and when you do it, you will see, the neck has no strength compared to you're arm, and where the head goes, the body follows. for best effectiveness, palm goes on the eyebrows, and the inside of ur hand covers the eyes, use a rotating motion to pull back.

1 flaw in his "showing of the tech" the opponent wont tilt his head bk like his student showed here...and normally in circumstances this tech is used for demonstration of a technique

@goodforthemoney I wouldn't go that far. Every style has its benefits, I'm a bagua practitioner, but I highly respect Karate, and there's a lot of things to learn from karate. I hope you realize that even Karate at higher levels consists of internal training.

@00scuff00 It will not work the internal arts such as Ba gua is so much different then the hard arts once you start to learn any of the three major internal arts you will no that you have wasted your time with Shotakan.

@egglot12 no, Cartmell learned from Luo De Xiu in Taipei, Sun Zhi Jun is from Shen County, Shandong province of mainland China.
