willys jeep cj-2a in snow

just my jeep messin around in the yard in a foot of snow

4 cylender flathead 134 ci with a 3 speed transmission and high low transfer case. The same basic transmission and transfer case were used from the begining into the 70s. the flathead 4 was phased out in the early50s for an overhead valve design based on the flathead which was also used into the 70s

How much of a lift does it have?

also did you have to change the steering when you lifted it? what kinda work did you do to lift it? and did the stock driveline work?

Its mostly stock axles brakes and springs are stock but i did a springover. I havnt done lockers yet but id like to. Thats kind of catch 22 though because ill probrobly break them then and i was going to swap them out if i break them but they havnt broke yet.

what kinda mods were done? did you change the axles, brakes? lockers? how big are those tires? and did you put power steering in that beast?

As for the steering i had it stock but with a lowered bellcrank and that worked ok but i had all the parts to do a saganaw swap and crossover steering so thats what i have now no power steering but its not bad. 35x12.5-15 tires. I had to mix and match driveshafts from other models but i have no idea what i ended up with but it works.

What did they have for engines? Six cylinders? 4 speed gearbox? I know very little about them.
