@winterthekid If you watch the body language, they are not playing at the start. The black dog is playing, but the brown/red one is establishing dominance. You can tell by the pups ears which are up/back. That's how a dog indicates it's alpha to other dogs. Once it had the other down and it's tail came up, it became more friendly. That is NOT how dogs should be introduced. You're very lucky that neither of them were hurt.

@javajim777 I know something about dogs, even though at this time I was a beginner and what you say may be true... but the black is a male which goes to the female to play, and there's no way he'll start a fight with a female!... then he lets the female be the alpha like all male do with female: that's the truth!... I'm lucky 'cause my dog never got hurt and never been badly introduced and got a lot of friends!!!...

(translate to english)staffordshire é uma espécie de pit bull, não é a mais forte, porém é a mais inteligente, eu tive um que morreu esta semana, vitíma de cinomose, em cinco dias ele ficou ruim sem fome,ficou triste com depressão e morreu selenciosamente, tentamos tratar, mas nadaconseguimos fazer. Ele era um staffordshire também, lindo rajadão, ele são mais pernudos que os outros. muito lindo, são muito inteligentes, preferem ficar meio de fora de brigas, mas basta o dono mandar atacar.

yea you're right, the brown boxer is def more aggressive. luckily he doesn't act on anything, but a human should have stepped in at some point and put the bozer on the ground, made him submissive to the pit. from there it would have been just play. You can tell too when the pit starts digging in the yard, it's like 'hey, you're being a jerk, i'd rather just dig the ground then pay attention to you." people don't know how to read dogs body language tho.
