Exactly. The problem with the 3DO was that it had no support and Trip Hawkins really had no idea how to launch and support a console. But, for its day, it was plenty advanced.

this game is great on the 3do , the sound,graphic,and speed is superior than the genesis version .on the 3do even the screen zomms in and out

The 3D0 version was choppy, had soundtrack that was recorded, and poor sound quality compared to the neo geo.

@muffingman69 I suspect the Neo Geo version was several hundred dollars/pounds more as well at the time!

Austinmackert (check his channel) is trying to say the 3DO version has a lower frame rate than the Sega CD version.
Notice how the Sega CD version has fewer frames, smaller characters, less colors, no zooming, distorted voices, an entire missing level, and no Earthquake.

Madness. The 3DO was miles ahead specs wise and bound to have the better version.

Thankfully the ones it has are all pretty decent. Streetfighter 2 was one of the best home conversions for years.
