@MechPhantom Actually, in China they almost always train taolu until their teens when the kids start splitting into different groups. Taolu practice makes you conditioned and flexible, which helps you learn Sanshou.
@emanresu81 taolu is traditional acient kongfu, it slowly has transformed to an art, or you can say a dance, but it is like the kata of karate, you do it follow the traditions
Yes foreigners can train here and you dont have to train taolu/forms, choose direct sanda/sanshou which is chinese kickboxing

@Jaygenius yea its good for health though if u ask me, but the best/practical is still no doubt sanda ,the fighting part, which i love the most
