  • I used to use straight bars but they will fuck your wrists in the long run, trust me, better off going with EZ when you go up in weight and train with heavier weights.

    PS the guy on the video is a douchebag and should take off his jacket for once,

  • @anddudewaslike Work on your wrist strength then and stop having muscle imbalances!

  • go grab a straight bar and snap the f*ck out of your wrists... if you have strong wrists, no problem. if you're like me and have weak wrists/joints...stick with the EZ curl. Can't curl ANYTHING if your wrists are all snapped up..

  • i use EZ bar because the straight bar hurts my lower arm real bad.. just feels wrong..

  • dont agree watch the movement of the elbows to compensate for the staight bar ...you see it in the vid, do to location of the hands being restricted
