@H0TS0CK Like I left on your page your sister was one of greatest female vocalist in the world! She will be forever missed. RIP Candy...you might have been really small in size but girl..you had one big VOICE.

I was in awe, loved this band when I was 13. Still have the vinyl. Loved her incredible voice then and now. Early on became a drummer and still play with my band . Love to share . Thank you so much for loading.

i have been in love with this band since their first album, man it is just too good but at the same time so sad that the two main members died, i can hardly listen to it withou crying, but i do anyway. One of the best bands ever!

This is amazing! Thankfully, a friend recently turned me onto this band, and I'm still in awe. I've definitely been missing out. Candie's vocals were truly soulful. Though comparable to Janis Joplin, she had her own unique voice. And who doesn't dig the style of Tommy Bolin? The world lost two extreme talents when they passed on. Thanks for sharing!

@H0TS0CK She was one of the best. She didn't get the attention she deserved. But those of us who know a thing or two about music look at Zephyr and see two great music talents: Tommy and your sister. She's singing with the angels now, I'm sure. And the angels are jealous. Slainte.

I loved Zephyr...I saw them open for Steppenwolf in 70' or 71'and I'll never forget Candy Givens...I've told people that last 40 years about this band that blew my socks off...and that this chick could hold her own with any other nota white blues singers out there and bring something else to the table...Great to hear this from this great band fronted by a hard drivin woman...thanks, Lonz

Thank you everyone for your kind comments about Candy. I"m her sister. If she would have lived she would have been 64. And still rocken out I;m sure. I remember when they use to practice at the house. We all loved it and of course I was always in love with Tommy. I;m two years younger than and she was always my older best sister.
