I think the people and their "hoax" is a set up, to show that these formations have more of an explanation. Not that I don't think there are hoax out there, But how do you control weather balloon formation?

Those two guys got fined for releasing weather balloons? Creating a disturbance? It's only a disturbance if you recognize it as a disturbance. And who the hell is making that decision? That seems crooked. I wonder what else warrants creating a disturbance. Helicopters disturb the shit out of me. Low flying aircraft disturb me as well. Do they get fines too? Hell, some people in general disturb me, can they get fined?

Sorry folks, but you can't just deny and suppress everything about this issue, and then just slip slide your way to release evidence and make everything feel good and forgiven. Actually they have counted on the fact that with generations they would get off the hook while laughing at the population on how gullible they were. Folks, governments will not disclose anything and if I was an alien, I would prefer show my spacecraft over towns and the real people. That is what gets them.
