  • wow, did you grab that compressor that got hot? might make an interesting autopsy patient^^

  • nah, I've done a few burnt compressors before and its usually the same story. but I've never seen one run long enough to scorch the discharge line!

I'll see if its still there on monday!

  • iget my coils for my Leedskalnin prodjects from the reversing valve coils

  • nice!, I never though of using them for projects, they usually end up in the PVC/Copper bin

  • that outboard, co2 canister, etc., loads of cash on eBay!

  • It's stunning to have a dedicated scrapheap! You have the choice! - Scrapheaps are not only the "PARADISE" for recyclers but also for any creators and the best PATENTER in these worlds! - The Sanyo compressor is stunning! I have never tought that Sanyo have build such compressors ever!

  • Yeah that's why I was curious :D

  • lol the motor area is mainly what got hot, not the pump.

I'd say it was installed without a breaker, or it was too far overrated to shut down when the windings turned into an arc welder!

  • and yer that comp got hot, but not to bad because the mounting rubbers are still their.lol

  • nice fans
