8)Sufism also muses the I Thou relation, there were constant cases of Sufi heretics in Islam, whose heads rolled, perhaps because they knew a different meaning to La Illaha Illaha, than their fellow Mohamedans. As with the notorious utterance of Al Haj 'Ana'l Haq' literaly translated as 'I am the Truth' which earned him execution through flogging. In Rumi's Madnawi Allah is frequently addressed in the female gender, as with Ibn Arabi, who renounced all his allusions as metaphor, and whose poetic utterance of the philosophy of the divine,' she created creation to know herself through herself´ has now been identified as a forerunner to Hegel.
9)The love intoxicated mystics had to hide their words esoterically, in such a way, that they appeared eulogisms to their task masters. Their verses are replete with allusions to the rose as the beloved and the rose as the heart of the lover, the rose which is the wine of love*. Graves remarks the subtlety of Homer's Illiad as a satire is lost on the modern reader, but at least afterwards the educated and intelligent human person could no longer believe in the Olympian deities*. Sufism in its origins probably underwent similar processes of descent through its bardism under patriarchalism as did the Orphics, they probably pre originate through Zoroaster and the Ahura Mazda deity*, a sevenfold planetary one, in which Mitra is a sun god, as he is in the Veda, Varuna, Indra, Mitra triad. Zoroaster is a deification, as is Jehova, an anagrammatic transposition.
I0)The word sufi is enigmatic, does it derive from the Persian, white sheep fleece, or from the Greek sophia, wisdom? As I have covertly suggested throughout this discourse language in the ancient world was analogical and symbolic to the extent it could be understood in small numbers at larger distances. It may be coincidence, but if the pastoralist migration across the Steppes, wore a ram's fleece at their sun god ceremonies, as a ritual similar to Dionysian Eleusynian Mysteries, and this inititiation was passed on as a bardic tradition, the initiates, the Sufis, had been endowed with wisdom through the White Goddess. It is quite likely that Sufism originates and derives from the Mithrian sun god ceremonies, that the Romans recovered and brought to Spain and Britain, when under the influences of patriarchalism, the bull had already substituted the ram and was being used as a surrogate, whilst the Sufis had become outlawed. I call on a verse of mine from Proverbs of La Musa, 'I shamam the ram's besom divine Sophia, Titania!'*
I1)The point is to emphasise that original muse poetry became outlawed but could never be completely suppressed. As the old Gods are buried in the hillsides and their magic fades in the genre of this epoch, poetry becomes marginal under the classical impression. It is very aptly put by Blake - himself a pagan euhermist - in his Proverbs, 'Till a system formed, which some took advantage of/& enslaved the vulgar by attempting to realise or abstract the mental deities from their objects: thus begun preisthood;/Choosing forms of worship from poetic tales./ And at length they pronounc'd that the Gods had ordered such things./ Thus men forgot that all deities reside in the human breast*.
!2)The neo pagan old religion, after its suppression of the oracles, initiates the sun as Godhead, not demi-urge, the seven planetary stations of the solar system as days of the week are all his archetypes, including the face of the moon, only the dark side of the moon is the Goddess and the earth; and with the emergence of the ninefold Apollonian muse and the logos, a new era begins, the phallocentric universe (or phallogocentric) in contrast to the previous wombcentric universe. An analogy can be drawn with yoga chakras and the serpent coiled kundalinee at the base of the spine* and the original wombcentric Tantric chakras with the serpent coiled within the womb, and with probably an eighty one pointed mandala. The yoga chakras is primarily phallic but the yoga suppresses even this to raise the kundalinee and achieve its godlike inhuman state. Kali, the White Goddess, is subordinated to the male sun god triad, which later becomes the absolute intelligence of disembodied light, and Kali the womb of creation, Maya, entanglement, the lower form of spiritual life.
