Ratchet and Clank 3 VGM: planet Rilgar Blackwater city

onto blackwater city that sounds exactly the same as the one from RaC1. the galactic rangers need some help("sigh" again) to get rid of the tyhrannoid scum. this planet is just there for the missions and not much else but it adds a nice touch.
