There is no need for evil spirits to go to other planets, galaxies, etc. Their desire is to torment people. Wicked spirits desire to come back to "their house", which is a person, and keep that person or people in darkness from the light of God which can save the peoples souls through faith in the gospel of Christ.

The Book of Jasher is mention in the Books of Joshua 10:13 (King James Version) And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. So if the fallen angels are bound by everlasting chains in darkness, awaiting the judgement, then how did any get out to torment souls, such as the man by the Gadarenes?
