@NewHeathen78 The original action from Pres Jackson, by the way was an executive order, if I remember correctly.

If the courts say no, then just pull a Pres. Jackson. After all, Jackson's gutsy move abolished the first Reserve Bank-The United States Bank. What was that move, you say. Pres Jackson told Chief Justice Marshall "you made your ruling, now come and enforce it." and went ahead and shut down the US Bank (the fed of his time.)
