@rainbowbookworm Its all the way the ferret is handled as a kitten.. I have only one but he is fantastic, eats anything, great with dogs and excellent with other people.. and a cracker of a ferret to hunt!

@BackYardHuntingPA you set your ferret on a burrow, where rabbits are, then the ferret either bolts the rabbit or kills him in the burrow basically

@MrChucknorris360 I've feed my two ferrets dry ferret feed for years. I've tried them numorous times on meat, from being babies and they just wont touch the stuff. The numorous vets I consulted said that they were two extremally healthy ferrets. Two of the best he'd ever seen. However, my two would lick you to death before they would bite you.

i didnt know your suposed to feed them meet, ive got two and i was told when i got them just to feed them ferret kibble, i cant see that doing this has harmed them because their ten years old now and as healthy as ever. as for ferreting i can see how effective it is, one of my ferrets clamped down on my toe once and it hurt like a mother fucker!!!!!!!!!!

they are carnivores, dead animals are the only thing they can eat, infact feeding them kibbles and so on while fine is bad for their teeth and should always be supplemented by raw meat, its a natural part of their diet and does not make them more aggressive.
