  • Well, that's very interesting! I will have to look up that information in my insect books - something I should have done along time ago, but after all, there has been only one beetle for the past year! Maybe, I had better boot it out of there!

  • Natural remedies such as plants could possibly be used to get rid of carpet beetles.

  • This is a Varied Carpet Beetle, i have so many of them in my house, but they seem to be everywhere, except on the carpets or my clothes. People say to just vacuum them up. Haven't tried it but i sure am going to.

  • the carpet beetle larvae have micro hairs that cause major alleries n reactions. vacuum well n boric acid dusted where they crawl will slipt they're exoskelotin. dust base boards, window seals, n the foundation of the home asap! otherwise u will forever have uninvited room mates! ewww!
