I did not and I do not authorize anyone to use any part of the content of this video.

Neither did I and I still do not agree that YouTube implements articles 8 & 9 of the Terms Of Service, changed in 2011, stating that the company gives itself the standard license automatically to use any part of the content of my videos because of failing to provide a third option which only favors me as the owner of the videos.

My objection is against the content of articles 8 & 9 of the Terms Of Service which are now violating the rules as drafted in the Bern Convention and which is also signed by the country (US) in were the company is based.
