@pheonixheroes You have to understand that even if Filipinos can speak English it doesn't mean they have to. There are six languages natively spoken in the Philippines, which again are split up into local dialects. When we speak with each other we use our language. If you want to join in on Asian topics, learn the the Asian languages.
