female privilege isn't just being considered safe. men are generally more polite and careful of women's feelings than they are of other men. also very feminine women get men falling all over themselves trying to do things for them. which is sort of a privilege if you aren't totally annoyed by it.

I argue that I haven't had much male privilege, even born male bodied, because of my personality and non-manly features. I believe male privilege is a product of male appearance and personality, and I've always been lacking in both.

What hasn't been talked and is a big female priviledge, is the assumption by some, that women are safe, harmless and innocent. Those traits being more cautiously offered to describe(unfamiliar) men. (Straight) women to other (straight) women are more instantly trusted.

Oh Dylan, you and your mutant time distortion powers... I thought the part about feminine men ranking less than manly men but above women was quite interesting. I know Meiko has done some spots on others' perceptions of him as masculine female versus feminine male. It's all so... wild.

Hello!It's interesting what you said about privillage.Personaly i think that even typical masculine man don't have as much of it in social life.Maybe it doesn't sound very smart but as a woman now in the eyes of others get this nice behavior from guys like letting me go first etc.What i mean is in mtf situation some things are easier to see.Great vid!
