  • isn't it also called a shoulder roll????

  • @TYREL2010 it doesn't necessary apply just to women, it's a move that's also in krav/judo...

  • @thefutureboom Well, if you do that on concrete you would probably hurt yourself, but you'd be able to stand up quickly.. instead if you don't use that technic the damage would be a lot more, that's for sure!

  • Who's actually gonna have time to line themself up and put there ares in a circle in the case of getting attacked

  • how about you do these rolls on some concrete to make it more realistic fucking assholes

  • oh i apoligize for the sarcasm i assumed you were being a dumbass like most of the other people here on you tube.but if you simply dont understand there is nothing wrong with that lol. the way i see it is she is just looking out for other women because the chances of a woman attacking a man are slim.dont get me wrong it can happen but the probability of it happining small.and i think its more reasonable for a man to attack a woman.

  • Yeah but that falling roll is something a man would do too. What makes this just apply to women?

  • shes a women an shes teaching this for other women .duh...

  • What does this have to do with women?

  • I really need to practice this more; I, too, took an aikido class... the one thing I remembered: this! But I can't do it without feeling it in my back right afterward. Is that normal? I guess falling is supposed to hurt a LITTLE... but it seems like if you do it right, it won't hurt at all.
