@ironheadtg2010 you know what... I agree although not all students are middle class morons, I am a student there now, I thought the student protests were a load of bullshit, I come from a family with absolutely no money worked my socks off to get here in the summers and agree why should we have to pay for people to go get pissed and waste their money?! If people want to go to uni and spend money they should get jobs, I spent every summer lifeguarding to get me here and I am happy

I was a Loughborough Student from 94-97 and am staggered by the standard of behaviour now. It really is shameful. I have absolutely no sympathy for these whinging student protesters. The taxpayer should not be funding these middle class wankers. You are privileged enough to get to university to get an education, not act like this.

And yes....I went to Uni but that was about 16yrs ago when people had fun but not at the expense of everyone else in the local community!.
Role on summer holidays, for a small period of time each year Loughborough regains it's identitiy!
