Nice one - but the size of it's feets limits the aramture in it's movements. It somehow looks like the aramture is struggling with it's feets; like walking with snowshoes. Which adds a very interesting aspect to it's walk. All in all, it looks very good.
And hey, why caring about movement in the background - it's a test and as long as you don't have goofs like a plane flying by in a film about the Roman Empire... :)

I really like it, i think with practise it could look really realistic, one itp i could give it to try to keep the torso vertical, or leaning slightly forwards.

good job i have really wanted to build an armature for my claymen because i heard that it can help it keep stable so just a tip if you want to check that out but it sounds like you are doing good claymation wise

Armature puppets makes hell of a difference for sure, and it's even enjoyable building it yourself. The more you make the more sophisticated they will be.

Es como que todavia esta muy rigido, no se ve tan "natural", pero bueno...como ya te mencione en nuestras random conversations: alguien una vez me dijo que lo mas dificl es el walking cycle, asi que...paciencia my friend :)

Las caminatas son lo mas dificil de animar y lo mejor es aprender haciendolas!!! (Esto me lo dijo Barry Purves, y yo comprobe que es cierto).

Es cierto, cuanto mas lo intentas mas te das cuenta que de eso se trata todo: Haberlo intentado. De hecho continuare haciendo mas.
Use...cinta skotch, o como se dice aca 'tape'. Nada mas.
