You'd be surprised. I've seen most of the shows at the PCC. Not all of them are "chunky," as you put it. But not matter what their size, they know how to move.
One could argue for this particular dance: the bigger the hips the more alluring the dance. She's working hard, but tiny hips would have to work harder to get such a dramatic effect ^.^
