This is def one of my fav youtube workout videos. A combo of 2 simple full body exercises that will kick anyone's ass. BTW I am totally hating on that fact that you have a yard dude lol

Good stuff. Do you run those in a circuit, or do a couple of sets of each?

@KrisFulford circuit and repeat about 3 times. 10 -15 reps each. minute rest between circuits. Vary/adjust to your liking/goals!
