Why would you eat unripe mangos? because they are yummy with bagoong or agamang with pepper. What is Bagoong? It's salted fish sauce from Pangasinan, Philippines. Agamang is also used to salt food but its made out of shrimp not fish. This video was taken in Apaya, Malasiqui, Pangasinan, Philippines. My aunt, cousins, uncles and I are eating slice unripe mangos and dipping them in fish sauce.

Skip the bagoong, nakaka highblood pressure yan. Better dip it in sukang iloco, it's very good.
