  • cholesterol we eat only effects a small part of our blood cholesterol! Saturated fats does not cause heart problems!! This Is A Big Fat Lie!! The Bigger The Lie Is The More People Belive it!! Well Me and Loads of Others Do Not!! Saturated Fats r in any natural foods as meat fish eggs dairy avocados nuts seeds cacao beans extra virgin olive oil! Real Foods Contains Saturated Fat Too!! Canola Oil Is Not Good!!!
