my husband has severe ADHD-and btw he's also very funny. And you know what, although he's perfectly intelligent you wouldn't believe what the man can miss cause he just tunes out. Sometimes he can't get both shoes on without distraction. It sounded to me like the comedian described it perfectly. Mental illness doesn't manifest itself equally in all persons. PS-my hubby loved the comment about not reading directions.

I wrote you probably had a small narcissistic personality disorder. ( NPD ) this is not to be related with narcissism it self, as a word. ADHD does not affect intelligence or even comprehension; however, it does affect attention, organization, and some inhibitions. ADHD is not a form of retardation or autism.
Some of the most learned scholars and researchers of ADHD have ADHD. Why don't you go read one of their articles and educate yourself before spouting off your ignorant mouth again?
