  • @bordonbert If you take the time to research instead of snorting in derision, you will find his time spent in europe involved time in a commune run by Rainer Langhans who served LSD spiked drinks to Green. Langhans & Co were rich kids who were trying to hang with the Stones and saw Green as a way in (he outsold the Beatles and the Stones combined the previous year - '68) Bottom line and all agree, he was unaware and that one "bad" trip was his undoing. You, sir,are uninformed.

  • @bordonbert There is too much 'money' because it is made out of paper and they printed too much and added too many zeros.Gold is money.

  • he would of been a very poorly man here!

  • vibe

  • this is Peter Green drifting off into space forever, a la Bruce Palmer and Skip Spence. Floating away into space and lost forever...

  • wow, great song. very mellow and "Albatross" like. I like that nature/earthy feeling Green brings to his music. Wish I could find this song on an album...

  • Oh let's back up a bit. Spiked with acid? He took it willingly as did other band members who suffered too. Jeremy Spencer was on the ball, saw where it would lead and quit in time but have a look at how the other amazing member Danny Kirwan is now, a really great blues guitarist in his own right lost.

There's no doubt it went to the point of illness but how mad do his views on money look now with the movement against all out Capitalism. "Ill" because he felt there was too much money? Hmm!

  • he has a haunted look in his eyes totally opposite from the Peter Green a couple of years earlier. Whoever spiked him with acid should rot.....oh what might have been....

  • reminds me of planet caravan

  • @gmj2012

To humble and modest to accept how great he really is, thus stemmed the "evil" of the money and the "devils tricks" of how he could be paid so much for what in his mind he didnt deserve..
