ENGLISH - My Big Language Learning Problem

For my first English language video I have decided to just talk about language learning issues, or at least one of the many that I consider to be of great hindrance to my progress. While the story on how I learned English could also qualify as an interesting topic, I don't want to be stuck talking about the same thing every week. One day I'll also post a video about that, but not too soon. I don't want to bore you with the same topic over and over again! =P

You should join a club or something. Myself, i used to be a bit unsocial but then i joined the JROTC program offered at my highschool. It has changed my life. Now i am seeking a military career in America and i have so much focus now. Do you attend a university? If you do, find out what kind of programs your school has to offer, maybe sports or some other club where people get to gether. Who knows, if you find something you like, you can make new friends with common minded people in that club.

@AwokenDemon - Thanks for the suggestion, though everything is going well at the office nowadays. I guess it all boils down to common interest with the people you spend time with everyday. :)

A very bad thing is that English language became a profit only business and a crapton of books sold is just a piece of useless junk. Guys, learn languages from spoken word ... it's free.

@iiMPR3SSiiON - You have a point here. I think the answer lies in being able to discern what are really beneficial and what are just scam, or not scam but ineffective. A lot of info nowadays are free, one just has to know where to look.

@iiMPR3SSiiON - We share that in common, hahaha. I'd rather have some alone time than be with people. But I guess it would be different if everyone in the party were language learners, hahaha. I think I would enjoy that. =)

Parties? Come on! You mean alcohol drinking seances with no purpose and a ton of sexualy oriented jokes on women? I'd rather be "different" than attend such a thing. I was on a couple of parties like this and I just wanted to leave immediately, it didn't give me anything. To be honest, I can speak freely to anyone in English only when I am NOT TIRED.If I am, there is no way I can put up a sentence or two together in any language :)
