  • One of rock's GREATEST losses was losing Bobby the day before my 13th birthday in 1966! Yes, just imagine the impact he would have had on the music scene in the 1960's and beyond if he would have lived. "Let Her Dance" never gets played today on the AM oldies radio stations and that is a pity. All you hear is "I Fought The Law". And the group's first album was filled with lots of other great songs like "Another Sad and Lonely Night" and "Take My Word". This is REAL rock that never dies!!!!

  • Bobby Fuller was an incredible songwriter and could have been the American answer to the English invasion. It makes me sick that he was murdered. These are just two of many excellent songs that he wrote and recorded. Bobby, may you rest in peace and may God bless you.

  • This is real nice to see.

Still, I'm surprised no one has mentioned, much less put on the 'Where The Action Is' appearance of them doing 'Let Her Dance'.

  • Nice skirt flip-no panties ass shot by the far right dancer at 2:18.

  • @55westend That is indeed Teri Garr, 2nd from the left (you can both recognize her by her face and her hairstyle she had back then). She speaks of her time on this show, though from her accounts none of the dancers there were really impressed with it, having been on Shindig! & the movie the T.A.M.I Show. You can read the excerpts from her book online if you Google it.

  • @davdashiv64 Wrong - 55westend is correct, Teri Garr is the dancer 2nd from the left. Those of us who grew up watching her know that unmistakable hairdo she had back then, which she wore during her Star Trek gig as well. She has some interesting comments on this show in her book.

  • Amazing, Simply amazing

  • @davdashiv64 Sorry - I meant the far right.

  • @55westend I believe Teri Garr is the blond dancer on the far left.

  • I interviewed Bobby Fuller on my radio show in April 1966 on my first radio gig, at KLFM 105.5 FM in Long Beach, Calif. He is never to be forgotten. His music kept alive the Buddy Holly sound into the mid-1960s.

  • @LTF6161 She is second from left, I believe! Anyone else know for sure?

  • @55westend

Yeah, I know Ms. Garr was a go-go dancer, I'm just not convinced that that is her in this vid.
