Yes, this is a literal reversal. Its not the enitre song, but feel free to reverse the song "It's Johnny's Birthday", it really does say it. I have not altered it one bit. The only clue in the song is that part, so I just put that part instead of the whole thing. But yes it is a literal reversal.
