This woman.. she IS evil!! She says she dont care if the witnesses change their testimony, the same testimony that made her so confident. So she no longer cares if the man who killed her son may be free.. she has had 17 years of hating Davis & I guess no one is going to take that away from her!It just goes to show that any black man will do. She will look at Davis again in the face! In the flesh, on the last day.And she will know her own eniquity. But before all that she will learn to fear God.

This old bitch doesn't know what going on. An appeal is to prove your recent case was flaud, bias, or the evidence was invalid. The appeal process is done to get a RE TRIAL. The re trail is the only way new evidence can be presented possibly leading to exoneration. I hope your happy cause your son's killer is still free justice wasn't served.
