After the Get Back riff there is asection from the Harry lime theme and later on i hear a riff of all day and all of the night by the kinks.Good Stuff!

I think this recording is from 1969. The solo guitar contains a riff of "Get Back" by the Beatles. "Get Back" was released in June 1969.

If this doesn't prove Jeff Lynne is one of the greatest guitarists ever, I don't know what does. And as FinnMove mentioned, that awesome violin sound is there - magic. Jeff Lynne's a genius.
