There are 4 Secret Mission in Stronghold - The Edge of Chaos, this is how you unlock them,

1. Get The Blue Disk in STR06(?), located in Tier 1 / Mission 5
2. Get The Green Disk in STR36(?), located in Tier 6 / Mission 35
3. Get The Code To Unlock the door in The Tier 5+6 Lobby in STR30(?), located in Tier 6 / Mission 29 (Find the switch near the Deadline for the code)
4. Buy a Red Keycard from the Drunk for 10000 Credits, he is located in the Tier 5+6 Lobby
