Actually, it's Christians who hate elolution, science and truth. Personally, i'm definately a bit more conservative (depending on the topic), but an athiest.

Over the course of the next 10 to 15 years, you're going to notice a dramatic drop in the stigma that "liberals are athiests" and "conservatives are christian". Especially after having Obama in office. I guarentee it (which is a GOOD thing, as religion has NO PLACE in politics)

Many Republican candidates and Republican supporters seek stupidity and ignorance as though they were virtues. Evolution is called a theory because in science it has to be scrutinized, tested and peer reviewed in order to be accepted by the scientific community. That is why you have Einstein’s theory of relativity, Newton’s theory of Gravity.

Evolution has withstood this test for 150 years and in fact many other scientific breakthroughs have supported evolution, DNA to name one. Expelled is based on lies and not one of these people in the video has written anything that can be tested by the scientific community and like all those who have tried to “expel” evolution it is based on lies. Evolution is a theory my friend not a fact, you will find that there is lots of other theories on how we came to be, why don't you EDUCATE yourself by researching outside the bubble you appear to live in ! A good place to start would be with the documentary by the name of Expelled !

Also politicians will say anything to get votes, if they felt the favourable majority was Christian or religious based then they would choose to believe or disbelieve, in order to keep the voters voting !!
