@BoobiesOnTheWrist yes, the announcer says something about "SPL" for sound pressure level. You can see from the spectrograph that the kid's car had balanced responsed across all frequencies while the big guy concentrated too much on the bass and hence came up with a level a couple dB lower. It's the ultimate pissing contest and I don't think the video is meant to be taken seriously.
