When I started hearing about these teen suicides, it literally made me ill. When I went to bed at night, I would think of a young life lost. I have a problem with death, especially youthful death. I had to do something to ease my mind. I knew where the hate came from. The purveyors (what I call them) are those who are indirectly responsible. Through their rhetoric, they give "justification" to the weak-minded that it is alright to bully or harm others. There are so many organizations who purvey hate, I had to limit it. I took one from politics, one from religion, one from education, and one from the media.

Whether these young men were gay or perceived gay, does not matter. Hate is taught, and, as shown in this video, it can be disseminated through a political party, religious hierarchy, school administrators or media commentators. In three of the examples I utilized, God or Christian was used as a source for their malignity. It is apparent, some people only use the Bible and/or their religion as a weapon to justify their hate. I will speak their language:

1 John 2:11
"But the one who hates his brother is in the darkness and walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going because the darkness has blinded his eyes."

1 John 3:15
"Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him."

Finally, I salute the "It Gets Better" and "NoH8" campaigns. I hope that those who are in pain are listening and realize that help is out there. I still have a hard time watching this video, even though I made it. Looking at those angelic faces, full of life, now silenced.

Justin Aaberg was/is my best friend.. he killed himself on my birthday.. about 10 minutes before i was going to go to his house we got the call..... Justin... Baby boy.. I miss you so much.. I promise I will make sure you are never forgotten... I am going to see if i can get Incinerate put together with an orchestra... You deserve it.. You were soo talented baby... Rest in Peace Love.

It really is so sad that dominate voices in our world are so willing to preach hatred to their children, treat the ones who don't fit into "the mold" of their expectaions as outcasts. It really is so tragic that these brilliant children felt so alone and hurt that they had to end their lives, because of a point of view.

Lets be honest,gay dating ads that say " No fems" are a clear sign that a lot of this hatred for homosexuals comes from those "masculine" "straight acting" who look down on others who are perceieved as gay. Go to any gay pride,gay bar, or places where gays associate,and you can clearly see the divide between the gays you can and cant read. They deny this ofcourse,who wants to look like a hipocrite? Any gay person thats a republicn is an idiot. GOP stands for "out 4 me" sefl sabatures they are.
