  • is a grass snake the same as an adder ? or are they different

  • different, adders are poisonous and usually have a yellow V behind their heads.

  • They dont have venom, the only snake in great britain that is dangerous is the adder and that doesnt have enoough venom to kill a healthy adult

  • CHARLES PUT IT DOWN YOUR MOTHER`S HAVING A FIT

  • He should have got bit for picking it up by its tail

  • @charlesfrhutchinson Actually a black V

  • @charlesfrhutchinson Er, I'd double check that before you get a nasty surprise. Grass snakes are sometimes called collared snakes because they have a yellow collar behind their head....I know what you mean about the V but the rest of the colour marking make it more obvious. Adders are fatter, their tale steps down to a tiny one from a fat body too quickly at the end, not a smooth taper, and has distinct diamond shaped patterns down it's body....grass snakes are diff. Google images!!

  • That is so cool dude. I've never seen any of the wild reptiles we get over here. Great upload like, ta.

  • @charlesfrhutchinson i found one with a white diamond on it's head

  • Being the only Aussie in my neighborhood in the UK someone decided I can go out and pull these out of people kitchens at all hours of the night. Harmless snake though and no reason to kill them even when people freak out. Just release them like this guy did!

  • @charlesfrhutchinson you mean venomous right

  • Charles! PUT IT DOWN!!!

  • @charlesfrhutchinson that is wrong, grass snakes have the v I just saw two, adders have black patterns on their backs.
