First off I dont think the clown in the beggining could talk if he didn't have hands. Second, at 0:30 in he said we are using this new dispatch system to help from duplicating and in the long run save money. What they need to do is get rid of this stupid fucking EMD which is based for someone with no fire/ems experience. Now instead of using any common sense whatsoever, we rely soley on this. It's great, now we get 3-4 pieces of equipment for an anxiety attack or other BS call. Way to save money
