Congressmen Don Manzullo (R-IL) and Jesse Jackson, Jr. (D-IL) were honored to read the Gettysburg Address during the Congressional Tribute celebrating the Lincoln Bicentennial in the U.S. Capitol Rotunda on Feb. 12, 2009. Manzullo previously authored a resolution passed by the U.S. House to recognize and honor our nation's 16th President on his 200th Birthday.
