Jonny's better than any of those guys, come on.
He's more diverse, if anything. He's not blues-based, he's not reggae-based, he's not classical-based; yet, he can play all of those things and more.
And he makes them catchy in a very dissonant, indie way.
He's the ultimate indie guitarist.

And the greatest thing is, i think he can even be a greater rock guitarist than he currently is.. He just doesn't want to.. :D

I don't know if Jonny's a better guitarist than Frusciante/Bellamy/whoever, but i believe he is definitely a better MUSICIAN than them. I mean, Jonny covers so much more than the guitar part. He does ondes martenot, string section, etc. He even starts as a keyboard player. With his works on film scores and stuffs, maybe he's done more non-guitar than guitar works.. It's just that we know him more for raping the guitar on songs like "Creep", "Just" & "Paranoid Android"

Ok. So like the past 8 pages of comments are just you guys bitching about who's a "better" guitarist; Jonny vs. Bellamy vs. Frusciante etc. These guys are all amazing musicians and I'm sure that they don't give a shit about who's better anymore than I do. Everyone has their own opinion so there pretty much isn't a right or wrong. Lets just not be douches and all get along k?;)
