In the intro, Page says that Mears' Sanair crash occurred in 1983. This is incorrect. It actually occurred in 1984. Might not have been his fault. I think the show's producers may organize the announcer's notes, driver's stats, etc...

in my opinion this is one of the BEST music choices that page and espn ever used for a race intro. they had several brilliant choices and they never failed to deliver on the anticipation. thanks for the post blue.
